• Meat is a natural product, so shapes/fat/connective tissues may vary and returns/complaints related to this are not accepted.
• Store hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Saturday 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM.
• Closed on Sundays and public holidays.
• Last orders are processed by 4:00 PM.
• Orders placed after 4:00 PM/Sundays/public holidays will be shipped the next business day according to operational hours.

SHIPPING POLICY

We hand over all packages to the courier in excellent condition. Damage during shipping is not our responsibility. We recommend using shipping insurance to file claims in case of issues during delivery.
